Selection Criteria
Our Lady of Mercy College is seeking an experienced and collaborative educational leader to join our College Leadership Team as Head of Learning Area – Future Pathways.
This key leadership role is responsible for leading and developing the College’s future pathways, careers education, vocational education and training (VET), student engagement and transition initiatives. Working closely with the Deputy Principal Senior School, College Leadership Team, Heads of Learning Area, Heads of Year, staff, students, families and external partners, the successful applicant will help ensure every student is supported to identify and pursue meaningful pathways aligned with their strengths, interests and aspirations.
