RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHER
Position Details
Trinity College is seeking an experienced and qualified Religious Education Teacher to join our Secondary School.
Working within the Catholic and Edmund Rice tradition, the successful applicant will deliver engaging Religious Education programs that support students in developing their knowledge and understanding of Catholic faith, Scripture, Christian traditions and spirituality.
The role will involve:
• Planning, delivering and assessing Religious Education across Years 7–12.
• Creating an engaging classroom environment that encourages reflection, discussion and critical thinking.
• Supporting students’ diverse learning needs and faith development.
• Contributing to the prayer, liturgy, Masses, retreats and pastoral life of the College.
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the broader co-curricular life of the College.
• Supporting the College’s values of Faith, Excellence, Service, Community and Stewardship.
We are seeking an energetic, innovative and team-oriented teacher who is committed to the Catholic ethos of the College and the Edmund Rice tradition. Successful applicants will be required to participate in relevant EREA and CEWA professional formation and accreditation processes.
