About the Role
Maronite College of the Holy Family is seeking an innovative and passionate educator to lead digital learning across K–10. Reporting to the Head of Technology, AI and Digital Learning, this role focuses on coaching teachers, embedding AI and digital technologies into classroom practice, and driving innovation across teaching and learning.
This role is much more than technology support. We are looking for someone who enjoys working alongside teachers, building capability, leading professional learning, and helping shape the future of education in an AI-enabled world.
About You
You are a collaborative and forward-thinking educator with strong digital learning expertise. You have experience leading change, coaching teachers, and integrating technology to enhance student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teachers in digital pedagogy and AI integration.
- Lead digital learning initiatives across K–10.
- Facilitate professional learning and staff capability development.
- Support curriculum integration of Digital Technologies.
- Lead STEM and innovation initiatives.
- Support the College's Learning Management System and digital platforms.
