Commencement Date: As soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant
Employment Status: Part-time contract until 17 January 2027
Hours per week: 19 hpw
Salary: $89,303 - $131,626 (pending experience and qualifications) + 12.75% superannuationpaid on a pro-rata basis for 0.5 FTE.

About the role
An exciting opportunity currently exists within the Rockhampton Region. We are seeking a part-time counsellor who will provide counselling services to students at The Cathedral College, Rockhampton. This is a part-time contract position for 19 hours per week, commencing as soon as able, or as negotiated with the successful applicant until 17 January 2027.
The College Counsellor has a focus on fostering the development and mental health of all students. This is achieved by applying counselling skills and engaging in individual and group interventions.
