The Role
Waroona DHS is ideally seeking an innovative, highly motivated and dedicated Secondary Deputy Principal who is committed to excellence in teaching and improving student outcomes. To be considered for a leadership position at Waroona DHS, the successful applicant should display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach and mentor staff and lead change management processes that drive whole-school improvement within a K-10 context. While the role has a strong secondary leadership focus, the successful applicant will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the whole school as a member of the executive team.
