North Lakes State College is seeking an innovative and committed Deputy Principal - Special Education to lead and strengthen inclusive education across Prep-Year 12. This is a key College leadership position with a strong focus on building an inclusive culture where every student is known, valued and supported to achieve their potential. The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership across our primary and secondary settings, ensuring students with diverse learning needs are supported through high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning practices. We are seeking an educational leader who can build the capability of staff, strengthen inclusive practices and work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, students and families to improve outcomes for students with disability and diverse learning needs.
