Role description
* To lead innovation in the curriculum and improvement in student achievement including Keeping Safe Child Protection Curriculum, the South Australian Curriculum at year 10 and the SACE, including monitoring SACE Online.
* Provide educational leadership and effective management of human, physical and financial resources including relevant guest speakers and industry experts within the senior school (years 10 -12)
* To be responsible for the strategic operations and case management in the senior school including oversight of senior school behaviour management, programs, and interventions to promote a senior school culture that is aspirational and inclusive, by providing stretch for every student.
* Provide leadership to the senior school team to ensure an effective team approach is implemented, improving teaching and learning practice and student wellbeing, using student agency to strengthen student connections and belonging to school life, informed by qualitative and quantitative data.
* Provide leadership for the DfE Career Strategy, SACE and VET education and counselling processes to optimise student achievement and post school pathways, including monitoring destination data.
