Role description

Our St John's Campus in Highgate is seeking a motivated and committed Learning Leader to join the team. In this role, you will provide pedagogical and instructional leadership spanning ELC through to Year 6, helping to strengthen curriculum design, teaching practice, and student outcomes across the College.

You will drive the implementation and ongoing development of the College's IB PYP, along with its literacy and numeracy programmes, while leading and coordinating learning-focused initiatives aligned with the College's Strategic Plan.

In close partnership with the ELC Director, Phase Leaders, and Inclusive Learning Coordinator, you will guide curriculum development and IB PYP implementation, deliver professional learning opportunities, and build teacher capacity to support continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student achievement

A time allowance of approximately 0.6FTE is provided to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.
