Role description
St Peter’s Anglican College is a thriving co-educational Prep–Year 12 Christian school in the Anglican tradition, located in Broulee on the Far South Coast of New South Wales. Established in 2003 and having experienced exceptional enrolment growth, the College educates almost 1,000 students and is recognised for educational excellence, diverse learning opportunities, responsive pastoral care and strong community engagement. Set within spacious bushland grounds close to beautiful beaches, St Peter’s is part of South Coast Anglican Schools and the wider Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn. The school culture is grounded in authentic relationships, continuous improvement and its defining values of Faith, Courage and Excellence.
Following the exemplary leadership of outgoing Principal, Mr Darren McPartland, the South Coast Anglican Schools Board is seeking an inspiring Christian educational leader to serve as the next Principal. Commencing in January 2027, the Principal will provide strategic, educational, spiritual and operational leadership across a flourishing school community. The successful candidate will bring a Christian worldview, a love of learning, global thinking, good humour, warmth, and respect for the needs of each student. The Principal will build upon the College’s strong foundations, nurture its Anglican identity, and promote excellence in contemporary educational practice, while sustaining strong enrolment demand and guiding the College’s ongoing growth and development.
