About the Role
Mathematics Teacher(Rozelle Campus)
St Aloysius’ College is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated Mathematics Teacher to join our high-performing Mathematics Department on a full-time, ongoing basis at our Year 9 Rozelle Campus, commencing in Term 1, 2027.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to teach Year 9 Mathematics and demonstrate a commitment to fostering an engaging and contemporary classroom teaching practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment which stimulates learning and promotes excellence to a high degree.
This role represents a unique and rewarding opportunity for an early career teacher or experienced educator to join a highly experienced Mathematics Department and further develop their teaching practice within an Independent Catholic boys’ school. The role provides an opportunity to engage with an interdisciplinary curriculum, collaborate with experienced colleagues and broaden teaching expertise across the curriculum. The ability to teach an additional KLA would be highly desirable.
Reporting to the Head of Campus, you will work collaboratively with the wider academic team and contribute to the overall academic and pastoral care of students. You will demonstrate outstanding subject knowledge and a willingness to integrate innovative pedagogy that both supports and challenges students.
