Role description

Established in 1879, St Aloysius' College is a Catholic, Jesuit day school for boys from Year 3 to Year 12. Situated in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it has an enrolment of over 1300 students.

About the Role

PDHPE Teacher (Rozelle Campus)

St Aloysius’ College is seeking a motivated and passionate PDHPE Teacher who is committed to delivering a supportive, engaging and well-rounded learning experience that promotes the health, wellbeing and physical development of our Year 9 students at our Rozelle Campus.

The successful candidate will hold relevant secondary teaching qualifications, with specific expertise in PDHPE. They will demonstrate the capacity to teach within an integrated, interdisciplinary program and bring creativity, strong subject knowledge and rigour to the delivery of the PDHPE curriculum.

Working within the Rozelle Learning Framework, this role presents an exciting opportunity for an effective classroom practitioner to design, facilitate and evaluate academic programs and learning experiences that engage students and promote their academic and pastoral development in the Jesuit tradition. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Co-Curricular Sports department to support the delivery of the Rozelle Sports program.

This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing Term I 2027, and will report to the Head of Campus – St Aloysius’ College, Rozelle.
