Role description

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Secondary, the Deputy Head of Secondary School (Curriculum) provides strategic, theological, and operational leadership for the academic life of the Secondary School. This role is responsible for the design, delivery, tracking, and compliance of the secondary curriculum (Years 7–12). The purpose is to foster an innovative, differentiated, and high-performing learning environment that enables every student to discover their unique gifts and pursue academic excellence as an act of worship.
The Deputy Head will also be responsible for overseeing the Secondary Relief Coordinator and providing support, where required.
The position is a Permanent, Full-Time position commencing in January 2027
