About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Secondary, the Deputy Head of Secondary School (Pastoral Care) is a newly created leadership position in response to continual growth. The Deputy Head of Secondary: Pastoral Care provides visionary, strategic, and operational leadership to ensure the Secondary School is a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centred environment. This role oversees the holistic development, well-being, and behavioural framework of all secondary students, ensuring that the school's pastoral care structures allow each student to realise their God-given potential and calling.

The position is a Permanent, Full-Time position commencing in January 2027
