Role description
At St Patrick's College, we are committed to academic excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. To further strengthen our evidence-informed approach to learning and teaching, we are excited to introduce the newly created position of Head of Student Data and Growth, commencing on Wednesday 27 January 2027.
This unique leadership opportunity will play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to improve student achievement, wellbeing and growth across Years 5 to 12. Working closely with our College Leadership Team, you will lead the analysis and interpretation of key student data, support staff in evidence-informed decision-making and help drive strategic school improvement initiatives.
The successful applicant will be an accomplished educator and leader who is passionate about student success, continuous improvement and empowering others through the purposeful use of data.
This position is a 2-year (2-point) Promotional Appointment (2027 - 2028) + full time permanent teaching position and attracts up to 0.6 FTE time release.
Job Description
