Charlton Christian College is a K-12 co-educational Christian school located in Fassifern, Lake Macquarie. Through Christ-centred education, we seek to grow the God-given potential of every student, equipping them for life and empowering them to positively impact the world.

Charlton Christian College is seeking enthusiastic and suitably qualified Primary Teachers to join our team in teaching roles across Kindergarten to Year 6 commencing January 2027.

We are seeking applications from Christian teachers who are passionate about Christian education and committed to making a positive impact on student learning and wellbeing.

Various 0.8 to 1.0 FTE opportunities are available working across 5 days/week. Appointments will initially be offered on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of ongoing employment.

Applications are welcomed from experienced, graduate and early career teachers who meet the selection criteria.

Applicants will demonstrate:

  • A personal Christian faith, regular church attendance and willingness to support the College’s Statement of Faith.
