The students at Clifton Hill Primary School have been learning French through the AIM (Accelerative Integrated Method) and whilst this would be advantageous, it is not a requirement for the successful applicant.

Clifton Hill Primary School is an inner-suburban school of 740 children; it is a straight grade school with class sizes currently ranging from 20-26 (average 24).  A maximumof 26 pupils is accepted in each grade.

Selection Criteria

SC1    Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including the ability to incorporate the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills. Demonstrated experience in responding to student learning needs.

SC2    Demonstrated experience in planning for and implementing high impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn, and evaluating the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.
