Role description

St Paul’s is a Christian Co-Educational Day & Boarding College nestled in the rural setting of Walla Walla (30 minutes north of Albury). Day and boarding students are drawn from local communities, the cities of Albury and Wodonga, the Riverina, North Eastern Victoria and more remote locations.  The College has 330 students, of whom 80 are boarders.

Head of Girls Boarding St Paul’s College - Position Summary

Working under the leadership of the Head of Boarding and alongside the Head of Boys’ Boarding, the Head of Girls' Boarding is responsible for the wellbeing, pastoral care and day-to-day operation of the Girls' Residence. The role supports students to thrive within a safe, caring and inclusive boarding community and contributes to the ongoing development of boarding life at St Paul's College.

Boarding at St Paul’s operates on a weekly model. This role includes 38 hours per week plus 5 flexible administration hours, incorporating afternoon, evening, overnight and morning duties. On site working hours for this role are from 2:30pm Monday to 9:00am Friday, with occasional additional commitments at the beginning and end of the school year, however, alternate arrangements can be discussed for the right candidate. Staff accommodation options can be explored.
