Head of Student Leadership and College Cup - Commencing Term 1, 2027

At St Patrick's College, we believe every student has the capacity to lead, contribute and make a positive difference within our community. To further strengthen our commitment to student formation, leadership development and student voice, we are excited to introduce the newly created position of Head of Student Leadership and College Cup, commencing Wednesday 27 January 2027.

This key leadership position is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive student leadership framework across Years 5 to 12, while overseeing the College Cup program and creating meaningful opportunities for student growth, participation and leadership. Working closely with the College Leadership Team, student leaders and pastoral staff, the successful candidate will cultivate a culture of belonging, service, excellence and healthy competition, ensuring every student has the opportunity to contribute to the life of the College and develop their leadership potential. 

The successful applicant will be a passionate educator and leader with a strong commitment to student development, servant leadership and fostering student voice. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences that help young men become confident, engaged and purpose-driven members of the College community.

This position is a 3-year (1-point) Promotional Appointment (2027 - 2029) + full time permanent teaching position and attracts up to 0.3 FTE time release.
