The Opportunity

St Augustine’s Parish School is seeking an experienced and dynamic OSHC Director (ESO Grade 6) to lead our thriving Out of School Hours Care and Vacation Care service. Reporting directly to the Principal, this leadership position is responsible for the effective management of a large service catering for 80+ children and leading a dedicated team of educators.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and high-quality care programs that support the wellbeing, development, and learning of children within a Catholic school community.

Our OSHC service operates out of our new purpose-built facility with access to our gymnasium & surrounding play spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall management, operation, and administration of the OSHC and Vacation Care service.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality recreation and leisure programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, child protection, safeguarding, and quality assurance requirements.
