About the Role
The College is seeking a Head of English and Literature to commence in 2027 in an ongoing position. We invite current and emerging leaders to consider this exciting leadership opportunity at the College.
The Head of English and Literature is responsible for building and maintaining a culture of excellence in English and Literature across our Senior School and provides strategic leadership for teaching and learning across Years 7–12, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery, strong academic outcomes and engaging learning experiences for all students. The role includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional collaboration and evidence-informed practice within the learning area. Primary responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the academic program in English and Literature across Years 7–12;
