SENIOR ADMINISTRATION/FINANCE OFFICER

Selection Criteria
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the following areas: 
• A commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of a Catholic school.
• Experience with financial procedures including accounts payable, accounts receivable, BAS, and general ledger processing.
• Sound knowledge of, or ability to understand and monitor, official reporting requirements relating to students and Census data. 
• Microsoft 365 – AoS Finance and operations and student management applications, outlook and TEAMs. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service.
• A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Applications and financial systems. 
• Flexibility and the ability to respond to changing priorities.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and effective time management. 
• Ability to work autonomously and in a busy team.      

Qualifications Required
• Experience with financial or bookkeeping functions.
• Experience with SIRS, SEQTA, MyHR and AoS databases is highly advantageous. 
• Experience in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential. 
• Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to attain).
• Working With Children Check (WWC).
