DEPUTY PRINCIPAL – TEACHING AND LEARNING

Position Details
The Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning at St Mary's College Broome plays a key leadership role in the Secondary campus and pre K-12 College journey, sharing authority and responsibility with the Principal in the overall leadership and management of the college and specifically secondary campus. This position is responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, ensuring the engagement of all students in the learning process, and catering to their diverse learning needs through future-focused pedagogy. The Deputy Principal is also responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the school's curriculum and associated policies.

•    Have well developed written and oral communication skills, along with a high level of interpersonal skills, and capacity to build and develop team.
