About the role
Trinity College Colac is seeking applications for the Position of Leadership (POL) – Director of Students – Positive Behaviour and Community, commencing in 2027 for the 2027-2029 POL cycle.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a new Position of Leadership structure and strategic plan cycle where you will lead initiatives that strengthen student wellbeing, belonging, leadership, and engagement in alignment with the College’s Vision, Strategic Plan, and School Improvement Framework.
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Trinty College’s mission of Inspired by Jesus, We Make a Difference in daily work and interactions with students, colleagues and community; and commitment to the ethos of Trinity College as a DOBCEL Catholic school in the Edmund Rice and Mercy traditions
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and evidence-based behaviour management strategies; restorative practices and conflict resolution; and effective family and community engagement strategies
- Managing complex student behaviour matters and disciplinary processes; and working collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies
- Leading staff professional learning and coaching
- Using student data to improve engagement, attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing outcomes
- Experience coordinating wellbeing, inclusion, or pastoral care programs
