Assistant Director – OSHC Service (Grade 5)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, organised, and motivated Assistant Director (Grade 5) to support the leadership and daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

Working closely with the OSHC Director, the successful applicant will assist in delivering a high-quality, child-centred education and care program that provides a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families. The role includes leadership responsibilities, administrative support, compliance oversight, and direct engagement with children across Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care, and Pupil Free Day programs.

Position Details

  • Position: Assistant Director – OSHC Service (Grade 5)
  • Hours: 50 hours per fortnight
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Programs: Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days
  • Location: St Martin de Porres – Sheidow Park
  • Commencement: To be negotiated with the successful applicant
  • Employment Type: Permanent part time.
  • Annual leave – 2 weeks mandatory leave at Christmas/New Year close. Remaining leave cannot be taken during school term holidays.
