Role description
The Senior Leader - Inclusion at Angle Vale Primary School provides strategic leadership to develop, implement and review inclusive practices that improve learning outcomes for all students. Working collaboratively with teachers, families, external agencies and the leadership team, the role leads the implementation of One Plans, oversees IESP processes, supports effective student transitions, and builds staff capability to deliver high-quality inclusive education across Reception to Year 6. As a member of the leadership team, the position is responsible for fostering a culture of equity, inclusion and collaboration, ensuring every student is supported to engage, achieve and thrive.
