Role description
We are seeking an outstanding educational leader with a demonstrated capacity to lead teaching and learning across the HASS, Languages, AIF and EIF learning areas. The successful applicant will provide strategic curriculum leadership, build teacher capability and work collaboratively with staff to strengthen high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* High level knowledge of the South Australian Curriculum, SACE Thrive agenda and contemporary curriculum and learning design within HASS, Languages, EIF and AIF
* expertise in contemporary pedagogical approaches that develop students' knowledge, capabilities, dispositions and agency for lifelong learning
* the ability to lead curriculum improvement through coaching, mentoring and professional learning that builds the capability of individuals and teams
* strong skills in using evidence to evaluate impact, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement; and
* a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-expectation culture that ensures every student experience success.
