Role description
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026.
Dianella Secondary College Education Support Centre (ESC) is a diverse multicultural secondary school that caters for students with disabilities from Years 7 to 13. We are located on the same site as Dianella Secondary College and Dianella College Primary School. Together, we have developed a positive relationship focused on supporting students and families.
We provide a safe and supportive learning environment, where the rights and responsibilities of the individual are recognised and respected. We encourage all students to realise their potential and inspire them to participate as responsible members of the community. The Role
Dianella Secondary ESC is seeking an experienced administrator who would work closely with the Principal and members of the administration team to provide educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision and facilitating workforce effectiveness.
The successful applicant should be a highly effective leader with outstanding interpersonal skills and professional practice firmly grounded in positive support practices.
