Consultant Reportable Conduct

This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP

The Standards and Integrity Directorate, within the Professional Standards and Conduct Division, strengthens the Department's integrity framework and promotes a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical decision-making through:

• the effective assessment and investigation of complaints of staff misconduct in accordance with the Complaints and Notifications Policy
• the prevention of integrity risks, including serious misconduct, fraud and corruption, through learning and development, data-driven insights, proactive risk identification and effective integrity systems management
• the strengthening of child safeguarding systems through the Reportable Conduct Scheme, Working with Children Check compliance, management of child safety risks, system-level reviews and strategic projects.

The Role

As a Consultant Reportable Conduct, you will play a key role in the Child Safeguarding Systems function within the Integrity Systems and Education team, supporting the Department's implementation of the WA Reportable Conduct Scheme and broader child safeguarding priorities through learning and development initiatives, system improvement, compliance and review activities that strengthen workforce capability, inform organisational learning, and help prevent harm to children and young people.
