Location: St Anthony's Catholic College - Deeragun QLD
Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances + Middle Leader Allowance Tier 3 ($19,535 per annum)
St Anthony's Catholic Collegeis seeking an experienced and dedicated Acting English Curriculum Leader for a fixed period concluding 15th January 2027.
The Acting English Curriculum Leader supports the mission of St Anthony's Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.
Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.
To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements. You’ll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement.
