Role description

Lincoln Gardens Primary School is a small R-6, category 1 site. Currently, there are 3 classes; R/1, 2/3/4 and 4/5/6. The majority of students are Indigenous. The leadership team comprises of a Principal and a Wellbeing Leader who is supported by the Aboriginal Education Teacher and Autism Inclusive Teacher. We prioritise evidence based pedagogical practices that engage and challenge students by implementing the SA Curriculum with the focus to increase the SEA achievement in Reading & Writing. The Student Wellbeing Leader will continue with leading BSEM and Trauma informed practices, working co-operatively with the whole school community to create a safe, supportive and respectful teaching and learning environment.
