This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026

The Role

As an integral member of the leadership team, you would work collaboratively with the Principal and administrative team to provide educational leadership that promotes the school's vision and supports positive outcomes for students with special education needs. You will lead evidence-based practices, build staff capacity through professional learning and coaching, and contribute to whole-school planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead and manage the school's learning support programs, including coordinating planning and case management for students with additional learning needs, overseeing Disability Resourcing System (DRS) applications and the associated budget, and supporting National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) collaboration.
