The Role
The Deputy Principal – Teaching Quality should be a pivotal member of our executive leadership team, working in close partnership with the Principal to provide strategic and instructional leadership across Willandra PS.
This is an exciting opportunity for ideally an experienced and highly capable educational leader to join the leadership team and contribute to the next phase of the school’s improvement journey. The successful applicant should display the capacity to lead sustainable improvement by building trust, fostering collaboration and creating genuine staff commitment to a shared vision. You would be an influential leader who develops others, inspires confidence and leads change through strong relationships and evidence-informed practice.
