This is a 15-month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026 with possible permanency

The Role

Associate Principals work collaboratively within a framework of negotiated areas of responsibility. The successful applicant would work closely with the Principal as part of the school’s executive team to provide educational leadership, innovation, strategic planning, and promotion of the school’s vision, mission and values in the school community. They will also work closely with the Year 7 and 8 support team.

To be successful in the role you will ideally be highly motivated, energetic and possess the qualities needed to bring people together, identify opportunities and establish new initiatives. You will ideally display effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive partnerships and collaborate effectively with others.
