The Team

Launceston College has evolved from its humble beginnings as Launceston State High School which opened in 1913. Today, Launceston College stretches over two blocks and accommodates over 1400 Year 11 and 12 students.

About the Role

Provide specialist leadership in laboratory operations, championing a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Utilise initiative, expertise, and sound judgement to monitor and advise on safe work practices and OHS requirements across school laboratories. Deliver expert guidance on technical procedures, interpret and apply relevant standards, and proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure laboratories operate efficiently, safely, and effectively.
