Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of Secondary Generalist - Big Picture Education Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Help Build the Foundation of the Big Picture Academy for the Goldfields
Eastern Goldfields College is seeking exceptional and innovative educators to form the foundation team of our new Big Picture Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a learning environment where students are empowered to pursue their interests, connect with industry and develop meaningful pathways beyond school.
We are looking for a passionate Secondary Generalist Teacher – Big Picture Advisory to work with Years 11 and 12 students, supporting them through personalised learning, industry engagement and post-school transition planning.
More than a teacher, you will be a mentor, advisor and advocate, helping students take ownership of their learning and prepare for successful futures.
