About the Role 

The Assistant Principal supports the Principal in leading St. Vincent’s Primary School Aranda, providing leadership in wellbeing, pastoral care, curriculum, and professional learning to foster a thriving school community. The Assistant Principal supports the staff in delivering evidence-based teaching and fostering high expectations for student learning. A strong focus on wellbeing and community engagement is central to this role, as is the ability to build positive relationships with students, the staff, families, and the wider community. The Assistant Principal is both a leader of learning and a role model of our Catholic faith, guiding the school with integrity, collaboration and care.
