Role description
St Edward’s College is an all-boys Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition on the Central Coast of NSW with an enrolment of 1,000 students in Years 7 to 12. Governed by Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA), the College provides a wonderfully rich and liberating education that fosters student spirituality and promotes the values of inclusivity, justice and solidarity. We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly professional leader who will be responsible for working with a dynamic leadership team in the promotion of teaching excellence in alignment with the St Edward’s College Aspiration Statement. This is a temporary opportunity for the 2027 school year.
The Director of Identity is an exemplary classroom practitioner and a member of the College Executive and is directly responsible to the Principal for promoting and giving life to the identity of the College as a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition.
The Director of Identity leads faith formation, identity development and professional learning initiatives that strengthen staff capability and support the holistic formation of young people.
