Position of Leadership - Health & PE Coach

St Peter's College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne's south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. For the commencement of the 2027 school year, we are seeking to appoint a Health and PE Coach based at the Cranbourne Campus.

Leadership Positions at the College have an initial tenure of 3 years and are attached to permanent teaching position. After a successful mid-term review, a further 3 years will be offered.

Our ideal candidates:

• Can lead, support, and mentor the HPE teaching team to foster professional growth.
• Oversee the strategic planning, development, and delivery of the Year 7–12 HPE curriculum and assessment tasks.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and active learning culture across the school.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with families.
• Teach assigned classes within the health and physical education domain.
• An understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and different teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Competent in digital technologies.
