Role description
This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing as soon as possible with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency
Collie Senior High School (SHS) is proud of its strong, positive staff culture, which has contributed to a stable team for many years. Due to staff movement, retirements, and leave, we are currently seeking to appoint two teachers for 2026, with the potential for these roles to become permanent in the future.

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs that support the success of every student. The successful applicant will display experience in designing and implementing differentiated learning programs that cater for individual student needs through a tiered approach to instruction. They will use evidence-based teaching strategies to maximise student engagement and achievement and develop curriculum programs that align with whole-school priorities, improvement agendas and agreed approaches to teaching and learning.
