Secondary Education Support Staff

As our school continues to grow and create more opportunities for students in our region, we are excited to offer openings for Secondary education support staff to join our dedicated team in 2027. We are accepting applications from Science Laboratory Technicians, Food Technology Assistants and Student Learning Support Officers passionate about Christian education with a desire to commit and contribute to the vision of our College.

Richmond Christian College is a small but growing school providing big opportunities located in Ballina on the Northern Rivers of NSW. We currently have 356 students Pre-Kindy to Year 12 and our vision is to provide a Christ centred learning community exploring and impacting God’s world providing students with identity, purpose and hope.

Our staff are members of local Christian churches who display a love for Jesus and others while providing a Christ-centred, biblically grounded, culturally engaging and academically rigorous education that instils hope and equips children to live for God’s glory.

Applications close on Friday 28 August 2026 at 3pm however suitable applicants will be interviewed as applications are received.
