About St Francis of Assisi Early Learning Centre
St Francis of Assisi Early Learning Centre (ELC) is a small, family-oriented, high-quality Accredited Centre offering an educational care program for children aged two to five. Located in a beautiful bush setting with access to the school’s facilities and activities, our ELC provides a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to learn. We value open communication and strong partnerships with families to support each child’s sense of belonging. Our educators recognise children as capable, curious and creative learners, and work collaboratively to foster their interests, talents and early love of learning.
About the Role
The Office Manager is the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, ensuring the ELC runs smoothly day to day. The role covers key financial duties, including weekly Xplor reconciliation, processing payments through TechOne, following up outstanding fees, maintaining grant records, and supporting budget preparation, alongside managing enrolments from enquiry through to orientation, maintaining student and family records, and coordinating parent communications such as newsletters and notices.
