LWB Education is a wholly owned subsidiary of Life Without Barriers and is comprised of a network of schools supporting young people to re-engage in education by providing high school aged students with inclusive and flexible learning options.

In 2026, LWB Education launched our first four flexible learning campuses in Newcastle, Grafton, Mount Druitt, and Dubbo. Each campus currently caters for 15-20 students who are supported on site by 1 - 2 Teachers and a Youth Worker. 

As a Teacher, you will provide flexible, engaging learning for young people who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from education, fostering an inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed classroom.

You will partner with families and community agencies to support students, champion their needs, and facilitate smooth learning transitions while fostering a safe, compliant, and supportive learning environment.

Support for this role is provided by the NSW School Principal, Administration Officer, and the National LWB Education team
