Position Details
Help shape the culture of one of Western Australia's fastest-growing Catholic colleges. 
As Director of Catholic Identity and Mission, you'll form staff, inspire students and work alongside a collaborative Leadership Team to ensure faith is lived every day through learning, relationships and service.

Duties 
•Lead Catholic Mission and Formation across the College.
•Form and inspire staff to confidently live and lead our Catholic mission.
•Guide Religious Education, prayer, liturgy and sacramental life.
•Grow Christian Service Learning across PK–Year 12.
•Build strong partnerships with parish, CEWA and Catholic agencies.

Skills & Experience 
•Accreditation to Lead Religious Education in a Catholic School.
•Leadership experience in Catholic education.
•Strong understanding of Catholic Mission and Formation.
•Experience leading adult faith formation.
•Collaborative leader who builds strong relationships.
