As Deputy Principal – Teaching & Learning, you'll join our Senior Leadership Team to lead teaching and learning across Years 7–12. You'll work alongside staff and leaders to strengthen instructional practice, build the capability of teachers and middle leaders, and ensure every student experiences engaging, challenging and high-quality learning.
This is an opportunity to influence the educational direction of a growing Catholic College and make a lasting impact by developing people, driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties
•Lead teaching and learning across Years 7–12.
•Drive excellence in curriculum, assessment and academic pathways.
•Build the capability of teachers and middle leaders through coaching and professional learning.
•Use evidence and data to improve student achievement and engagement.
•Lead innovation in teaching and learning while ensuring curriculum, WACE and SCSA compliance.
•Foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement.
