Position: Instructional Coach (Far West)

Employment Status:
 Part-time contract (0.5 FTE) until 16 January 2028
Salary Range:
$86,600 - $147,048 (pending experience - includes Highly Accomplished (HAT) and Lead Teacher (LT) salary scale) paid on a pro-rata basis for 0.5 FTE.

Your Role

Applications are invited for the part-time contract position (0.5 FTE) of Instructional Coach (Far West), commencing January 2027 until 16 January 2028. This role, ideally based in Longreach, Barcaldine or Blackall, provides support to three Catholic primary schools across the Far Western Region (Longreach, Barcaldine and Blackall).

The successful applicant will play a key role in strengthening teaching practice and building professional capability across the three Catholic primary schools in the Far West.
