Role description


This is a six month fixed term, part-time (0.8FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency

The Role

The School Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the school. This includes tasks such as undertaking account and GST coding, reconciling financial records and processing invoices. School Officers also assist with month-end procedures such as transporting receipts to the bank and maintaining data integrity. They will be responsible for collating figures for financial planning and budgeting, which will help the school make informed decisions about its resources.
