Role description

THE OPPORTUNITY

The position is for an enthusiastic and dynamic Secondary (7-VCE) teacher with a primary method in English and a second method in Psychology or Humanities.

We are looking for a creative and passionate practitioner with the desire and skills to produce outstanding learning experiences for their students. This position is for full time (1.0)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Teaching Registration (Victorian Institute of Teaching) or eligibility for registration
  • Expertise and knowledge in teaching English, Psychology and Humanities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to modify programs to meet individual needs
  • Willingness to contribute to whole school and extracurricular activities, including camps and college events, in order to promote a positive culture within the school
  • A strong commitment to the Christian ethos of the College
