Kildare College is a Kildare Ministries Catholic Girls' College in the Brigidine tradition, educating young women from Year 7 to Year 12. As the College continues to experience enrolment growth and looks confidently towards the future, a review of our student leadership structure has created an exciting opportunity for a Head of Years 9 and 10 (POR 3) to join our team, commencing in 2027. This newly established role reflects the College's commitment to providing dedicated, developmentally appropriate leadership that supports the unique needs, aspirations and experiences of students in Years 9 and 10.
The Head of Years 9 and 10 will lead the overall student experience for students in this important stage, with a particular focus on wellbeing, belonging, attendance, behaviour, engagement, learning progress, student voice, leadership development, family partnerships and successful transition into the senior years.
