Kildare College is a Kildare Ministries Catholic Girls' College in the Brigidine tradition, educating young women from Year 7 to Year 12. As the College continues to experience enrolment growth and looks confidently towards the future, a review of our student leadership structure has created an exciting opportunity for a Head of Years 11 and 12 (POR 3) to join our team, commencing in 2027. This newly established role reflects the College's commitment to providing dedicated, developmentally appropriate leadership that supports the unique needs, aspirations and experiences of students in Years 11 and 12.

The Head of Years 11 and 12 will lead the overall student experience for students in their final years of schooling, with a particular focus on wellbeing, belonging, attendance, behaviour, engagement, learning progress, student leadership, family partnerships and successful pathways beyond school.
