Role description

Xavier College is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to the College Executive Officer to join our Business Services teamThis critical role in supporting the College Executive Officer through the delivery of high-level administrative, project and executive support services, contributing to the efficient operation of the College.

We have campuses at Gawler Belt (7-12), Two Wells (R-11), Evanston (R-6) and Riverlea Park (opening in 2027). This position is based at our Gawler Belt Campus, however occasional travel between campuses may be required.

This role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.00pm, 45 weeks per year.

As the Personal Assistant to the College Executive Officer, you will work closely with the College Executive Officer and Executive Team to:

  • Provide comprehensive, high-level and confidential administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports, presentations and executive documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the College Executive Officer, managing enquiries and coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, itineraries and follow-up of action items
